Is there now the choice of having free liposuction done at home?
It is recognised that cosmetic surgery is now available to the masses as people seriously contemplate whether they can scrimp all their money together to have that brilliant liposuction treatment, finally getting rid of that excess fat. Unfortunately for many, this is not that case as the cost is too high. There are free liposuction treatments that one can try out to see if it makes a difference to their body.
An idea that has been shared for a long time to get rid of the fat on the stomach is the art of perfecting the ‘vacuum’ pose (which can also be used in conjuction if one wishes to have a free tummy tuck done). For novices, it does indeed sound a little scary, but all it really means is the process of pulling in the whole stomach. What one needs to understand when doing the procedure is that the lowest part of the abdomen where the belly button is found needs to be fully sucked in as well as the upper areas, else the fat will not be able to move elsewhere and there will be no major difference. As well as this, the vacuum pose must be held for a particularly long period of time (estimate between five to twenty minutes) – not the few seconds that many people decide to do it for. It does feel like hard work, but a brilliant positive is that it can be done whenever one wants – many recommend it when watching television.
The other method that is talked about might sound a little odd, but it is merely to drink large amounts of water. A lot of people do not realise that when they are dehydrated, their body will conserve a lot of water as it kicks into survival mode (which often gives that bloated feeling). If enough water is drunk, then this excess will wash away and can leave a flatter stomach.
Of course, free liposuction alternatives will not be as brilliant as the proper thing, but it can help to replicate a similar effect at a fraction of the cost (really, there is no cost).
