Why You Should Pay Attention to Your Sleep Cycle

I'm not going to talk about sleep cycle and its importance in terms of a medical point of view. Or in other words I'll be talking about it in terms of everyone can understand it and benefit from it. So if you're trying to find an advanced article which describes all sorts of things related to this matter then this may not be what you should be reading. But still I'll be giving very important information which can help us in our daily lives. In the second paragraph I'll give you a basic definition of this term also. But first we have to understand what is sleep is all about (in simple terms).

Sleep is a necessary part of your life (concerning your body) and when we're sleeping the body undergoes many changes such as calculating dead cells and re-create + repair them, etc . So in other words what this means is that this is the time for the body to refresh itself. If not given it enough time to perform these important tasks it can cause you some serious damages (sometimes lethal). So put it in to simple terms a sleep cycle is," they are nothing but stages that arises while you having a nap within a given time frame (usually an hour per stage)."

This again can be divided in to other small parts again concerning further deep states. In these stages; while you're at the more deeper level the sounds or eyes are shut almost 100% (temporary of course) thus creating an environment where you cannot react or do anything with them. For instance I used to tell my sister when I was a little boy, there was this TV program that I loved but it was showed at night. So every time it starts (I go to bed early - still) she would wake me. Sometimes I'd wake up but most of the time I didn't. And the interesting thing is that she said sometimes I said "I can't watch it today" or similar things and went back to sleeping.

But the important thing is that I never even remembered saying them!. So the argument is here that if you're in a deep sleep state and all your "doors" to outside world is closed then who gave those answers to my sister (without me even remembering). Some argue that this is actually, I did answer her and at that time I even remembered doing that. But the memory just was temporally stored it while I was sleeping and simply erased it. So in other words it's about the memory but not that you gave the answers without knowing them.

So anyway don't break your sleeping habits because if you do it the body will have to force you to go to sleep (not when you want but when "it" wants) and as a result I don't have to tell you about the accidents and other dangerous aspects that can arise through it. If you're a student for instance by not having enough or a proper sleep can effect your concentration also. So please be kind to your body, listen to its needs because your body is your health.
