Sound Is Magical for Health
When you have the best studio headphones, music is a work of art like nothing else. There is nothing quite as fun as lying back, turning on the music and listening to your music with nothing interrupting you. There is so much that you can listen to, and a vast amount of it is very, very good. The best DJ headphones are also a great way to listen to and enjoy really good music. Your options are endless when it comes to music, and you will be able to enjoy your happy sounds for a very long time. There are other ways to enjoy your music as well: try getting perfect pitch.
Sound crazy? Well, a good way of thinking about perfect pitch is to compare it to colors. Did you know that the ancient Greeks thought of the Mediterranean as "Wine Dark". Their eyes and their words didn't really think about color the way we do. They saw color in terms of saturation, not hue. When you look at the Mediterranean versus a glass of red wine, the Mediterranean is definitely not the same color. In some areas, however, it is the same depth of color. It is as deep a blue as the wine is a deep red. When most people think about music, this is similar to how they think. People don't think in terms of pitch, they think in terms of emotion.
"That song sounds sad", "that song drives", "that song sounds powerful". This is similar to how the Ancient Greeks thought about color. Did you have the little books that had the different colors on them as a kid? We spend a lot of time training children to see and recognize colors. "Green light/Red light" "Green grass, blue sky" "Brown hair, black hair". We don't spend any time training them on pitches. If we did, nearly everyone would have perfect pitch. In areas of Asia, they do train. If you sing a pitch to some people in Asia and come back three weeks later and ask them to sing it back to you, they can. It's not because they're magical, it's the same as if someone said "I'm going to come back in three weeks and you need to tell me what color shirt I had on today". Three weeks later, if they were wearing a green shirt, you'd probably know enough to say 'green'.
