An upset stomach is, it's safe to say, one of the most common ailments facing people across the world. A variety of causes are at fault, but the feeling remains unpleasant regardless of the culprit. Most important, however, is the need to look at your own diet to asses the problem. Many people ignore the fact that they always experience unease after eating certain foods. Unless you want to continue the struggle, you may need to accept that some foods simply do not agree with you. Also take a look at your other supplements for a cause. For example, milk thistle benefits are a lifesaver to a lot of people, but too much daily can cause a variety of stomach ailments. Fish oil is also to blame sometimes for an increase in digestion problems when not taken in proper dosages.
