How do you maintain your weight after a weight loss diet?
1. Yes, you can eat anything.
BUT foods from your previous diet must be introduced gradually, over a 2-3 week period and consumed in small amounts. As you get off the weight loss diet you can add more an more of the foods you used to eat. Just remember to remove the really unhealthy ones.
2. Yes, you can eat what your heart desires.
But only foods low in fat and sugars and only until 7 pm. If you happen to eat after that hour, be active for at least 4 hours. “Active” does not mean staying awake watching TV, sitting in front of the computer, reading a book, or lying in bed.
3. Yes, you can eat anytime.
Eat little and often to maintain a steady blood sugar level, which will help curb your cravings. It is important to not go shopping on an empty stomach, because you will be tempted. Eat an apple before; it will cut your appetite.
4. Yes, you can consume alcohol.
But only low alcohol drinks. A glass of red wine is very healthy and one beer, they do not count, but only one a day! Only the parties can make exceptions.
5. Yes, you can eat spicy.
BUT not salty! Cinnamon, ginger, pepper, black and red ginseng and cardamom will give food flavor and will help slow down pounds!
6. Yes, you can diet to lose weight again.
But only after a while. At least a month must pass from the end of your diet. You can though try detoxing diets we recommend a 2 day diet that will help you do a total kidney cleanse.
Do not do the following unhealthy things if you want to be healthy and fit:
1. No need to starve yourself.
2. There are no taboos, only limitations: you can eat pizza and fries, but not on the same day and no excessive amounts: 1-2 slices of pizza and a small serving of potatoes. All these desires are accepted only once a week!
